Thighs and Wings

Thighs had Meadow Creek BBQ rub, then finished with Sweet Baby Ray's cut with apple cider vinegar, honey, chili powder, and pepper. Wings had aprox 50/50 of DP Raging River and Tsunami Spin (finished up some shakers). Most of the wings were then tossed in Frank's, butter, and white vinegar.

Turned out pretty good. Buffalo sauce was a bit thin. I should have put the wings back on direct a bit, but flavor was good all around.

Went 400* indirect for this. Usually would go raised direct, but with the saucing I didn't want to have it dripping down on the coals.
