"Crusteakon"?

Did anyone see the "Deadliest Catch" episode that featured a recipe called "Crusteakon"? (sp)

It sounds like it would be perfect to try out on the Egg. A thinly sliced rib-eye filled with crab meat and wrapped with bacon. There is probably a better video clip of it out there, but this is what I found on YouTube.

I'm considering trying it, but using a chicken breast instead of steak, "Crust-chick-on". If anyone is willing to give it a go, I'd love to see pics and hear how it tastes.
