Was time to stock the freezer with pulled pork. Picked up the dual pack from Costco and added peach and apple for smoke, Bad Bryons rubbed on the night before, smoked @ 260 until IT of 195. Threw on a few ABTs for apps.

    Fantastic! We had shoulder tonight for dinner too. Ate at the inlaws and they made it on the egg. Sure was a great weekend for egging here in MN.
