Got three 1 inch boneless Ribeyes for tonight. Don't really want to do the reverse sear method. Any suggestions for a cooking method other than the reverse sear method?

Sorry, @DMW‌ gotcha covered. I've never done a steak another way. My steaks are usually thicker, so adjust sear/cook times accordingly.

Just finished. Went with direct at 550 degrees for 2 1/2 minutes on each side equalled a medium rare steak, which was perfect. Thank you all for the help and advise.

Here's how I did mine.  I will refuse all other methods (tried them all by now).

The DudeThis is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.

I have gone to 650ish and flipping every couple of minutes on the last couple of ribeyes and they were great. Nice easy cook without all the hassle. I think my steaks will go the KISS method from here on out. BTW - those are some nice lookin steaks.

    Those look tasty.

How were the peaches incorporated into the meal?

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

I was intending to try and grill them but did not get around to it after I pulled the steaks. We were concentrated on eating those bad boys once they came off.
