Couple cooks from Sunday

Brisket_Fanatic taco boats.  These were very good!  Wished my taco meat was more dry and I put less in them.  Other than that, they were awesome!

And here was my fan club to get all this done!  My 11 week old daughter and dog.  Lol.



Cooked some pulled chicken (on the stove) in my CI skillet.  Seared on the stove top and finished in the oven at 250°.  Added onions, peppers, and fire roasted tomatoes for liquid. 

At the end of the night, made a cookie in the CI skillet (in the oven) and also some vanilla bean ice cream (custard base).  Pretty good day I must say!

We generally like to cook for the upcoming week on Sunday.  Forgot I threw on some split chicken breast too but no picture of them.
