Texas Eggfest Line-Up of Classes is Impressive
I received an email today from Nikki Lindner at BBQ Outfiters, host dealer of the Texas Eggfest in Austin. She announced the line-up of "Classes and Teachers" at the Eggfest.
I'm sure you recognize some of the teachers.
10:00 - Matt Pittman - Meat Church - contestant on BBQ Pitmasters - Cobbler
11:00 - Chris Randall from Paragon Distributing and Bob Carroll from BBQ Outfitters - Egg 101
12:00 - John Stepan of Cabo Bob's
1:00 - Aaron Franklin - Franklins Barbecue
2:00 - Kent Rathbun - Jaspers - BBQ Chicken
You can't help but learn something from these guys.

We can't leave till Saturday morning about 5:00am. Trying to decide if to cook or just hang out.
Trying to locate some of the best sausage I have ever tasted. Tried some last night at my neighbors house and wow it was great. If I can procure enough, might need someone to share a little egg time with to cook it.
