The veg. for the week!

Yesterday was all about cooking meat for the week, today was veg. along with some bacon wrapped medallions and tenderloin tips.  Stuffed shrooms with sausage that was cooked yesterday and topped with cream cheese and habenero cheeese.  Peppers stuffed with seasoned rice, chicken and sausage.  Zucs and tomatoes stuffed with red pepper, fresh basil, bread chunks and seasonings.  I think I am ready for what ever the work week throws at me.   :D

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
