I was supposed to be cooking paella tonight for my buddies bday but his wife got sick so no go on paella. We went to a new local fishmonger and got some shrimp last night and I got the "sick" call this morning before I went shopping for the rest of the ingredients. Change of plans, I have shrimp,cilantro, jalapeño & garlic ummm Green Lighting Shrimp. Followed the recipe posted by Kristi & @Griffin‌ but left out the butter sauce(tryin to keep it healthy) and only used the juice of 1/2 a lime for the marinade because they said it made the shrimp mushy. After 2hrs of marinade. Skewered and on the small image And plated with Jasmine and collard greens image These shrimp were by far the best shrimp I have egged. The 2 of us ate all but 7 shrimp out of 1 1/2lbs.

    I haven't got to try these yet.....but its on the way.

    Looks awesome, making me wish my brisket was finished....I've still got a few hours left, Just pushed through the stall at 165 IT.

    I am sure that your brisket will outshine my shrimp no matter what time it is done.
