Tonight's Cook

WOW !!!  54 degrees outside. This is the first time since I got my egg that I've been able to stay outside while it gets up to temp and stabilize. 

Also the first time to use my raised grill that I made.

I have a 4# flat and a 4# point on the bottom and a PTL on the top. Stabilized at 324 dome and now I'm helping SWMBO fix  our supper tonight.

Planning on brisket for a midnight snack !!!!
