Ginger Soy Cod

The wife has been wanting fish lately and so I decided to try something new. I like Cod or Halibut because its mild (had bad experience once with bad tasting fish). I found this marinade and thought they would got together well http://chinesefood.about.com/od/saucesdipping/r/gingersauce.htm. Put the fish in yesterday and vacummn sealed the bag. Today pulled the fish out put in parchment paper and went indirect at 300. Did up some Brussels Sprouts and Quinoa with chickpeas, tomatoes, garlic and jalapeño. Was a tasty meal that the wife loved. 
 Sorry for only one picture I was listening to some 8O's rock and drinking a Scotch and forgot everything
