Sunday Cook - Simple

Decided to do wings and ribs while cleaning parts of the garage and watching playoff football.

    That's the way I like to do wings; grill till crispy and done, then toss in sauce right off the grill.

    Great cook-your take on ribs w/o sauce? I always do them that way as i'm lazy when it comes to rib cooks.  Do offer sauce on the side.

    I enjoyed them without sauce. I used Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom and hickory smoke. For guests I would likely do offerings on the side.
