This is my first post.  Got a new/used lge bge for Christmas.  It's about a year old and in good shape.  I got the ash scraper, platesetter, and the nest for 350 bucks.  I think I got a great deal.  I've used it to cook pizza, calzones, Christmas ham, put my dutch oven in and cooked ham and beans, and some chicken wings.  I'll get pics up soon I'm glad I found this forum, it's a great resource.  Thanks everyone.

Welcome! If you do a 750 degree clean burn for 30-45 minutes your BGE will look almost new and the food will taste better!

Great cooks for a newbie, and looks like you did it without much help.  You even took pics!  Great things to come I am sure.  Welcome!
