DP Mediterraneanish Rocks!

Picked up DP Mediterraneanish and Fajitaish rubs when I got my new mini a few weeks ago. I tried the Meditarraneanish tonight and let me tell you-it is wonderful! My fav DP so far and I have almost all of them. I have yet to try the fajitaish one.

I grilled chicken breast with the DPM, sliced and placed on butter lettuce. Added diced tomatoes, traditional tzatziki sauce, feta and kalamato olives. Folded up like a taco/wrap and enjoyed. I DID THINK about pics as I was eating but...they were devoured in seconds!!! I could see it being great on a variety of meats, incl seafood.

Give this a try. You won't regret!

I'll also add that it would be really good on grilled veggies...Gonna add that to my steak menu this weekend. Planning a redo of the lettuce wraps very soon too, poss w/shrimp!
