Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe for pheasant on the egg normally we flash fry but would like to try something different Had a real good opening weekend 3 birds yesterday and 1 today the dogs and owner are going to call it a early night

I just posted a cook with miso glazed pheasant. Was probably best pheasant I've had. Where'd you go? I was near Kimball SD opening weekend.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
