We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Surf and Turf

Our surf and turf dinner tonight.  Seared the Ribeyes on the CI grate at 700 F, then backed the Egg down to 500 F, and finished the steaks on the raised SS grate.  Cooked the shrimp on the raised SS grate.  Really loving the egg, so glad I finally decided to buy one.  Have wanted one for the last 10 years.
