Our surf and turf dinner tonight. Seared the Ribeyes on the CI grate at 700 F, then backed the Egg down to 500 F, and finished the steaks on the raised SS grate. Cooked the shrimp on the raised SS grate. Really loving the egg, so glad I finally decided to buy one. Have wanted one for the last 10 years.
