Lobster Mushrooms

SWMBO and I went to Whole Foods today and I came across these mushrooms, anyone ever grilled them before?

    Yes, it is that big, apparently they grow on the west coast.

    Sauteing it appears to be the preferred method, will keep researching!

    Yep, they're delicious sauteed in butter. Never grilled them before.
