We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! I deflowered my small egg.

Arrived back in the states Monday and been egging my head off since.  Butted up on Tuesday, ate leftovers Wednesday and broke in the small today.  Couple of ribeyes and potatoes.  Nothing but EVOO, S&P and a chunk of hickory.  And a cigar and a drink afterwards.  It's good to be back. Doing some wings tomorrow.  Longtime lurker, occasional poster, but this is the first time to post pics.
