We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! My oldest is going away to camp for the week so I asked him what he wanted for dinner. Oh course he said ribs. Did half honey bbq rub and half spicy for me. image Put on the egg at 275 with some peach smoke. image Did the Big Poppa foil with honey, brown sugar and parkay (not pictured) Then separated my half and pup back on for a few minutes with sauce. image Felt pretty good about tenderness when I went to return to the egg and a bone fell out. image Sautéed some veggies. image Did crash potatoes (family favorite) image Ribs cut up. image Final product...on the "fine china" image Thanks for looking.
