My first cook

My first month or so of Egg ownership has been amazing.  I was looking back through some pics we'd taken and realized I never posted a pic of my first cook:  pork shoulder.  Look at that pristine-looking Egg!

    How is it even possible to have a bark that well developed in an egg that pristine?

    good job.  I remember how proud I was to get the Egg smoked up and black.

    Looks amazing, you can still even see the numbers necessary to register for the warranty.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
