Weeknight Cook

Did an easy weeknight cook. Boneless skinless chicken, with BBQ sauce, bacon, sharp cheddar, and green onion. I call it Company Chicken because that's what it was called in the restaurant I used to work at. Done at 350 dome raised direct. Came out great.

    That does look good. I make something like that occasionally but it has honey mustard instead of BBQ sauce. Thanks for reminder
