We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Small butt, and flat

So, I've never cooked brisket (5lb) or pork butt (3.5lb) this small before. I'm going to go about 325 dome and see how we do. The brisket is marinating tonight and will get a splash of water in the morning. Ill recap tomorrow night.
