We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Just some grilled chicken.

Started out with three chicken breasts pounded uniformly with a frying pan. Then I marinated them in McCormick grill mates mesquite marinade. Cooked them raised direct at 450 for about 8 minutes per side. Turned out great. Juicy and flavorful. Definitely my most successful chicken cook to date.
