We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Just some grilled chicken.

Started out with three chicken breasts pounded uniformly with a frying pan. Then I marinated them in McCormick grill mates mesquite marinade. Cooked them raised direct at 450 for about 8 minutes per side. Turned out great. Juicy and flavorful. Definitely my most successful chicken cook to date.
