Need a bit of advice

Hi all, I'm lookin to cold smoke some Brie. Is this possible and any suggestions on what flavor smoke I should use if this is possible?? Thanks

Cherry, apple, hickory are commonly used for cheeses.

 I have this bookmarked but haven't tried it yet. Naked Whiz Cold Smoke Cheese I did something similar when I made jerky and it worked great! Hope this is helpful I think I bookmarked someones post about it if I can find it I'll add it too.
