Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Fall is upon us, and it's a great time for getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

1. Fire up the Big Green Egg

1a. Pour a glass of brown water

2. Get a few racks of baby back ribs

2a. Have another glass of brown water.

3. Put said ribs on the Big Green Egg and cook until done using your desired method

3a. Pour a nice glass of brown water

4. After ribs are done, enjoy them with the family

5. Settle in to your favorite chair with another glass of brown water

6. Enjoy the game (with another glass of brown water)
