Going to try this Sat night for a party.  Raised grid at 350 plan on seasoning tonight and leaving in fridge uncovered over night.  Can I also cook appetizers on the lower grid or will the turkey grease screw the tast up?  Thinking abt's and monik balls any other suggestions?  Hope to see Kurt  Bush wreck another owners equipment Sat night he all but sent Jim Finch into bankrupcy.  Hope for a good race
