Put a 10lb+ butt on last night at 10:30. Grate temp around 260-285ish. Stayed up having some adult beverages til about 2:30, maverick and 13 month old wake me up at 7am and its sitting at 194 internal. So, now it's 9:30 and sitting at 201. Folks aren't coming over til 4ish to eat this thing... This should be interesting.   • Looks good. Foil it wrap in your spouses finest beach towel and put it in a cooler
  • I will, but for 6hrs??? Never wrapped one that long.

    Use 3 layers of foil, towels, and the smallest cooler it will fit it. It will hold.
  • Foiled, toweled, coolered, and forgotten about til 4pm. We shall see how it goes.

    +1 but if your really brave use those expensive guest towels they work great trust me
