    Stella til 5:00, Wellers and diet coke for dinner.

    Tonights dinner - Soft shell crab, grilled ceasar salad, asparagus wrapped with prosciutto, ABT's for appetizer.  Pics to follow.

    I love my Thermapen---now even more.  Never thought of it to check the beer.  Nice touch.

    It takes me longer to bring the beer to proper temp than the BGE for a cook.  I'll be swapping cold packs tomorrow AM to be just right for tomorrow PM.  A handfull of salt, water and cold packs.
