Im setting up to smoke a "ready to cook" just over 20 lb ham. Have read anywhere from 20 min a lb to 1.5 hrs a lb. planning maple syrup injected and a good rub, smoking at 225.... Any ideas about how long this will take??? Thanks for any input!

I would use the search function here (or with google and BGE in the header) as there is a great maple-bourbon ham recipe that circulates periodically that is eggcellent.

Try Egret's ham ( I think it is). People seem to really like it.
