Skinless Chicken

I did some skinless chicken. Did the skin removal and BGE dry rub the night before. As it was cooking, I did a couple of coats of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ. Very tender and juicy.image

    Good job.  I consider boneless, skinless chicken my proof of concept cook.  If these can taste so much better on a BGE, imagine what other things will taste like.

    XLBGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to my daughter), MBGE and lots of toys

    I did boneless, skinless chicken breast a while back - was my  first cook on the egg.

    Turned out brilliant..!

    I've done 2 skinless spatchcocked chickens. They are great!
