Seasoned my new wok today, why not cook ribs while waiting?

Used my new PSWoo2 with platesetter, drip pan lined with foil and woo extender from ceramic grill store - very happy.  Can't wait to try the wok with spider.

    A handfull of black cherry wood chips added after 1 hour on the egg

    They were perfect moist and tender!
