Marinated wings on LBGE
edited March 2012
Made some homemade marinade from lime juice, Italian seasoning, V&O, garlic and some other ingredients in the spice rack. Should I cook these just like a spatchcock, about 350, direct?
Picture posting later when they're finished up.
I cook them 350 raised direct. Flip once.
I leave mine frozen toss in olive oil and cajun spices cook direct raised with hickory chunk for 40 to 45 minutes turning once
one tip with wings is if you grill them flat on a grid, set them all on the grid with the same side up, this way as you flip them, you'll know which to have and have not been flipped......good with cold beverages in hand.......t
