Made some homemade marinade from lime juice, Italian seasoning, V&O, garlic and some other ingredients in the spice rack. Should I cook these just like a spatchcock, about 350, direct?

I leave mine frozen toss in olive oil and cajun spices cook direct raised with hickory chunk for 40 to 45 minutes turning once

one tip with wings is if you grill them flat on a grid, set them all on the grid with the same side up, this way as you flip them, you'll know which to have and have not been flipped......good with cold beverages in hand.......twww.ceramicgrillstore.com ACGP, Inc.
