Salt, ground black pepper, caraway seeds 1/4 spoon, fresh parsley (chopped)
Direct grill setupInstructionsWith a direct grill setup, bring BGE up to 450 F.
Clean the fillet of trout (I used stillhead trout)
Season with salt, ground black pepper, fresh parsley, caraway seed
Place seasoned fish, with butter applied to both sides of fish in aluminum foil, onto direct heat for 12 minutes.
Flip and cook for an additional 9-10 minutes. Apply more butter to get nice crunchy skin ;)
