We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

Ingredients1 left over ham bone with most of the meat cut off and into bite size pieces 1 bag shredded carrots1 bag country style hash browns2 onions chopped2 bags of dried split peas2 bay leavesInstructionsI litterly just dump everything in my large dutch oven and cover with water.  No soaking or anything.
It goes right on the egg, at 300 degrees with indirect set up, and comes off in about 3 hours... thick, bubbling and hot.
I did have to add a little more water as it was very thick. NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
