Ahhhhhh, sweet Asparagus

• 1 lb asparagus
• 2 Tbs honey
• &#188 Cup chopped hazelnuts
• 2 Oz goat cheese- crumbled
• 1 Tbs butter
• 1 Pinch kosher salt


remove hard end from asparagus and blanch.

butter a small grill-proof baking dish. Lay asparagus in dish and sprinkle with salt. drizzle honey over aparagus and top with chopped nuts and crumbled goat cheese. set it on the egg at 350. Toss as needed. should be ready when apsaragus is still a bit crunchy, about 10-15 minutes.
