Bird in Hand Egg Dish(Eggs)

Ingredients
• 7 eggs• &#189 Cup melted butter
• 1 Cup milk• &#189 Cup flour
• 2 tsp sugar• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 Cup shredded jarlsberg cheese (could also be montery jack)• oregano and rosemary
• 4 Oz cubed cream cheese
• 1 lb small curd cottage cheese

InstructionsBeat together eggs, milk, and sugar. Add cheeses, melted butter, and herbs and mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick coating. Bake on the egg (directly on the grill, no plate setter, etc) approximately 45 minutes at 325-350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Let it rest for 5 minutes before servingNotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
