Ingredients

• 4 Cup sliced pared tart apples (about 4 medium) I use granny smith
• 2/3-&#190 Cup brown sugar (packed)
• &#189 Cup all-purpose flour
• &#189 Cup oats
• &#190 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 Cup butter or margarine, softened

Instructions

Heat BGE to 375 (roughly)
Grease an 8X8X2 square pan
place apple slices in pan
mix remaining ingredients throughly (I recommend using a fork when the butter is added)
sprinkle topping evenly over apples

Bake for about an hour or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.

Notes

Best if served warm and good with ice cream
