Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground chuck (don"t use a leaner grind)• &#189 tsp granulated garlic (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
• 1 &#190 Cup water• 1 tsp granulated onion (or ½ tsp onion powder)
• 2 Tbs chile powder• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sweet hungarian paprika• 1 Dash Tobasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
• &#188 tsp cayenne pepper
• &#189 tsp cumin

Instructions

Mix water and all spices in a large saucepan
Break up meat into small pieces into the water
Stir well

Bring all ingredients to a boil and stir well
Turn heat down and simmer until nearly all water is gone
Stir occasionally

Notes

Don't brown the meat
Start everything out cold
Sprinkle a little Hot Hungarian Paprika on the finished hot dog
