BGE Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 4 1 inch thick pork chops• ½ Tbs chopped onion
pork chop seasoning• 1 Tbs chopped celery
Allegro Marinade• 1 tsp dried chopped parsley
• 1 Cup dried cherries
• 1 ½ Cup bread crumbs• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 Tbs butter

Instructions

Saute onion in butter.
Combine all stuffing ingredients. (You may substitute seasoning instead of salt in the stuffing.
Cut a pouch in the pork chops and stuff.
Sprinkle with chop seasoning.
Marinate in Allegro for two hours before grilling.

Grill on Big Green Egg at 300* for one hour.
