7am Temp Avg 197-200

Felt tender in most all areas except for one spot in one of the more thin areas.

13 lb in 9hr at 250 Dome my goodness. Wonder if my Dome is off :S Or if Im just another in the line of dont try to explain it its a brisket go with the feel..Hehe
Foiled put cooler with 1/2 cup of beef broth...
