Picked up a new marinade, Allegra Soy Lime with Horseradish, when I was in Oklahoma. Turns out they sell it here too, I've just not seen it before. Marinated some chicken thighs in it for a couple of hours.
Took them out of the marinade and sprinkled with DP Shakin the Tree. On to the egg at around 375. Flipped after 20 minutes and put some asparagus on. Added fresh marinade to the asparagus as well.
Plated with Basmati rice sprikled with Sumac. These were very good. I liked the marinade, it had a little kick to it with the horseradish. But it was too salty for the asparagus. Looking forward to the lettuce wraps I'll make with the leftover chicken.
