Hello Everyone,
Can anyone tell me a good way to cook a small 2LB bonless pork loin roast?
Thanks from a newbee!

    jackbythesea,
i did this with a boneless pork chop, but the origional recipe used a loin. i use basil because i have lots of it and i like the flavor, but spinach or something not as strong in flavor might be better

    jackbythesea,
I'm also a newbee and the first thing I cooked with my BGE last weekend was a 2lb pork loin. I rubbed it in dijon mustard and then covered it in a rub of brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon pepper. Set it in the BGE at 375 for 2 hours. Turned out perfect.
