Made first pizzas on the Egg tonight. Used a platesetter and pizza stone. The dome temperature was around 600° and the pizzas took about 9 or 10 minutes to cook. The pizza dough recipe was from Mark Bittman's How To Cook Everything Cookbook. Made it in a food processor, it was really simple. The pizzas weren't exactly round but they sure tasted great. If you haven't made pizza on the Egg, I highly recommend it.
