    Those are some fine ribeyes! Great char and the spider is the way to go... ;)...

    I do not have bone in ribeyes at my bulk store...I think I'll have to visit my butcher

    Glad to hear the Copenhagen was for scale reference...even though I was a "cuz" back in the day, I'm pretty sure I'd vomit if I swallowed any! :laugh:
