I know he is world renowned.Too salty and Too smokey for me.A friend gave me this.I have no idea what it cost.IF I ever am priviledged enough to get another package,I will soak it in spring water for 30 mins before cooking.
It is fine chopped up and added to dishes but it is HARSH all by itself.
