I know he is world renowned.Too salty and Too smokey for me.A friend gave me this.I have no idea what it cost.IF I ever am priviledged enough to get another package,I will soak it in spring water for 30 mins before cooking. ;) It is fine chopped up and added to dishes but it is HARSH all by itself.
