I know he is world renowned.Too salty and Too smokey for me.A friend gave me this.I have no idea what it cost.IF I ever am priviledged enough to get another package,I will soak it in spring water for 30 mins before cooking. It is fine chopped up and added to dishes but it is HARSH all by itself.

Are you saying bacon is not bacon :unsure:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
