We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. thanks to everyone for all the help/advice. The timing was slightly off (done a few hours too early) but foil, beach towels and a cooler worked wonders. The picnic came out great, the brisket was the best I've ever made (or eaten) and the ribs came out great too.[p]Not so bad for a Yankee. Now if only I hadn't had so much to drink...UGH.
