Waffles and Pulled Pork?!?!?

Oh well, I figured that some folks eat waffles and fried chicken and it is not TOO different than waffles and bacon.....


I had leftover waffles and pork butt. I mixed together some BBQ sauce and maple syrup. Turned out to be too much "sweet" for my tastes but it was worth a try.

    Chris, I'm going with the 'too much time on your hands theory' Ha. Interesting...I'm more inclined to put ice cream and chocolate and peanut butter than pork on my waffles however.

    I like your thinking. Might be the next new craze. I had fried chicken and waffles at Rosco's in California and that was damn good. But pulled pork might just take the cake!
