Had to go for a pizza on my "new" egg. this was only my second cook, but came out with great results, better than I was expecting.
Threw the dough on at 500 for 4 minutes. Peeled it off and added the toppings. Back on at 550 for about 10 minutes and the results were absolutely delecious!

That method is one of my favorites for pizza that you don't want or need a lot of cook time for the toppings. Like a veggie pizza with small amounts of cheese. Great job. You mentioned 'pealing it off, ' try parchmentbpaper and it will never stick. Cut the paper to the dough size and it won't burn either.

Actually I just meant that I used a peel to get it off. Put a little flour on the stone and had no problems with sticking.
